A C bittorrent library designed to run on anything from embedded systems to large scale seed servers. It comes with python bindings and detailed documentation. libtorrent is currently mostly hosted at sourceforge. The issue tracking is done by google code. Eventually the subversion repository will be migrated to google code as well.
